What is a psychologist executive coach?
A psychologist executive coach is a licensed psychologist who works with leaders on goals, decisions and performance, using coaching rather than therapy.
What's different
- Doctoral training in human behavior, decision-making and change.
- Years of clinical experience recognizing patterns people can't see in themselves.
- A state license with professional and ethical standards.
- The judgment to know when coaching isn't the right tool.
What it isn't
It isn't therapy. Coaching doesn't diagnose or treat. It's for people who are ready to act on a goal or decision.
