Leadership coaching

Lead with confidence. Decide, delegate and say it well.

Leadership coaching for people who already lead and want to do it better. We connect your goals to specific things you'll practice each week, then review what happened.

Common reasons people start

  • You make every decision and your team waits for you.
  • A conversation with your boss, partner or team keeps getting postponed.
  • You were promoted and the job changed faster than you did.
  • You know what good leadership looks like, but under pressure you fall back on old habits.

What a session looks like

Sixty minutes on video, focused on one leadership situation. We work out what you want to happen, what's in the way, and the exact words or steps you'll use. You leave with something you'll do this week.

Why a psychologist

Leadership problems are usually people problems. I bring 20+ years as a licensed psychologist to how you read others, how you handle pressure, and what you avoid. I'll tell you what I see, kindly but honestly.

Questions

Before you book.

Do you work with new managers or only senior executives?

Both. Coaching works best for professionals and leaders who are ready to act, at any level.

How much does it cost?

The Conversation is one 60-minute session for $500. Private Coaching is three months of regular one-on-one sessions for $3,000. Not sure yet? Book a free 15-minute fit call first.

Is it online?

Yes. Sessions are on video and open to people anywhere in the U.S.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is about goals and decisions. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions in coaching. Psychology services are separate and only for clients in California. If therapy would serve you better, I'll tell you.

Ready to start?

The Conversation: one 60-minute session, $500. Most people know by the end of it whether to keep going.
