Executive coaching

Executive coaching with a psychologist who tells you the truth.

One-on-one executive coaching for leaders who carry real responsibility. Online, anywhere in the U.S., with a PhD psychologist who has spent 20+ years studying how people decide and why capable people get stuck.

Who it's for

Senior leaders, executives and business owners: the person everyone else leans on. You don't need a cheerleader. You need someone sharp to think with, who asks the hard questions and keeps you honest about what you said you'd do.

What we work on

  • Leadership decisions you keep revisiting.
  • Delegating, so you stop being the bottleneck.
  • Hard conversations with your board, partners or team.
  • Changing responsibilities, a new role or a promotion.
  • Career direction, including what comes after a demanding career.

How it works

We name the decision or habit, what you know and what you're assuming. We choose one realistic action and plan for the obstacle most likely to get in the way. Then we check what happened against a measure we agreed on at the start, and adjust.

The methods have evidence behind them: clear goals, if-then plans and tracking progress. A 2023 review of 20 randomized trials found executive coaching improved the outcomes studied.
