Coaching for women leaders

Executive Coaching for Women Leaders.

Women leaders often carry the job and much of the rest of life too. Coaching helps you decide what you want and protect it.

What we often work on

  • Negotiating roles, pay and responsibilities.
  • Being direct without second-guessing.
  • Career decisions alongside family decisions.
  • Your next chapter, on your terms.

How it works

We start with the one decision or goal that matters most right now. We look at your options and trade-offs, choose a realistic next step, and plan for the obstacle most likely to get in the way. Then we check what happened and adjust.

Why a psychologist

I bring more than 20 years as a licensed psychologist: doctoral training in how people think and decide, and the honesty to say what others won't. What you share stays between us.

About me

Hi, I'm Dr. Jennifer.

I did my undergraduate training at the University of Oregon and earned my PhD at the California School of Professional Psychology, an APA-accredited program. I've held clinical positions at the UCLA Neuropsychological Institute, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, St. John's Hospital and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, among others. My clients include senior executives at major companies, Academy Award-winning actors, Olympic medalists, and professional athletes.
